Asia-Pacific Postulancy Admission Ceremony

On May 1, the Feast of St. Richard Pampuri, the Asia-Pacific Candidate House (APC) of the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God held an admission ceremony for new candidates entering the postulancy program.

During this ceremony, three new candidates officially began their formation journey at the APC Candidate House in the Philippines: two candidates from Timor-Leste belonging to the Portuguese Province, and one candidate from Vietnam.

Meanwhile, on the same day, another candidate entered the postulancy program from India. Due to visa processing requirements, he is scheduled to join the APC Candidate House in the Philippines on May 7, where he will participate fully in the formation program together with the other candidates already admitted.

The beginning of this postulancy journey on the Feast of St. Richard Pampuri is joyful news that reflects the continued growth and development of formation within the Order in the Asia-Pacific region. We pray that these new candidates may grow deeply in the charism of the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God, filled with the spirit of hospitality and service.
