Election of the Councilors of the new Province of Saint John of God in North America.
Today, May 15, the members of the Council were
elected. They
will assist Brother Tom Osorio, Provincial Superior, in the service of
animation, governance, and accompaniment of the new provincial reality:
1 Brother Stephen de la Rosa
2 Brother Gary Hill
3 Brother Nicolas Foran
4 Brother Thaddeus Bui.
The
election of the Provincial Superior and the Council represents a fundamental
step in the journey of the new Province, which is called to preserve and renew
the hospitaller mission in North America, in a spirit of communion, shared
responsibility, and creative fidelity to the charism of Saint John of God.
To
the new provincial leadership team go our best wishes for a fruitful service,
guided by attentiveness to the Spirit and directed toward the good of the most
vulnerable people, to whom the Order continues to dedicate its mission.
